Notification No. 63/2024-25, Dated 11-03-2025
The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has extended the free import policy for Yellow Peas (ITC HS Code 07131010) until May 31, 2025, without the Minimum Import Price (MIP) condition or port restrictions. This applies to shipments where the Bill of Lading (Shipped on Board) is issued on or before May 31, 2025.
The notification, issued under Section 3 & Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992, continues the import relaxations provided in previous DGFT notifications. However, importers must register under the Import Monitoring System (IMS) before shipment clearance.
