of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has issued Notification No. 54\/2024-25, amending the import policy of Glufosinate Technical under Harmonized System (HS) Code 38089390.<\/p>\n<p>The notification imposes a restriction on the import of Glufosinate and its salts (Purity &#8211; Minimum 95% w\/w) with a Cost, Insurance, and Freight (CIF) value below \u20b91289 per kilogram, while imports at or above this threshold remain free.<\/p>\n<p>This amendment modifies the existing import conditions and extends the Minimum Import Price (MIP) condition for one year, from 24-1-2025 to
