The amendments update the list of banks authorized by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to import gold and silver for the fiscal year 2025-26.<\/p>\n<p>Under the amendments, a list of banks authorized to import both gold and silver has been updated for the fiscal year 2025-26. These banks are authorized to import both metals from April 1, 2025, until March 31, 2026. The banks on the updated list include Axis Bank Limited, Bank of India, Federal Bank Limited, HDFC Bank Limited, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited, ICICI Bank Limited, IndusInd Bank Limited, Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited, Karur Vysya Bank Limited, Punjab National Bank, RBL Bank Limited, State Bank of India, and Yes Bank Limited.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, the notice includes a list of banks authorized by RBI to import only gold for the fiscal year 2025-26, effective from April 1, 2025, through March 31, 2026.
