FTP Public Notice 08\/2025-26<\/a>, Dated 30-05-2025<\/em><\/p>\n

The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has issued a Public Notice to officially enlist the Ayush Export Promotion Council (AYUSHEXCIL) under Appendix 2E of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) 2023.<\/p>\n

1. Authorisation to Issue Certificates of Origin (Non-Preferential)<\/h2>\n

With this inclusion, AYUSHEXCIL is now authorised to issue Certificates of Origin (Non-Preferential)<\/strong>. These certificates are essential for exporters to authenticate the origin of goods, particularly in cases where preferential tariff benefits are not being claimed by the importer.<\/p>\n

2. Effective Date of Implementation<\/h2>\n

This recognition comes into effect immediately from 30 May 2025<\/strong>, enabling AYUSHEXCIL to begin issuing certificates without any delay.<\/p>\n

3. Significance for the AYUSH Export Sector<\/h2>\n

This move is expected to streamline export facilitation for stakeholders in the AYUSH sector<\/strong>, including those dealing with Ayurveda, Yoga, Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, and Homeopathy products.
