The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT)<\/strong> has issued a public notice<\/strong> announcing an amendment to Appendix 2T<\/strong> of the Appendices and Aayat Niryat Forms (ANFs)<\/strong> under the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) 2023<\/strong>. The update pertains to the revised name and contact details<\/strong> of an export promotion agency listed under Serial No. 23.<\/p>\n

1. Renaming of the Export Promotion Council<\/h2>\n

    Along with the name change, the registered office address, telephone numbers, email ID, and website details<\/strong> of the Council have also been revised. These updated details are now part of Appendix 2T<\/strong>, which serves as the official list of recognised Export Promotion Councils, Commodity Boards, and Export Development Authorities under the FTP.<\/p>\n

    3. Implications for Exporters<\/h2>\n

    This amendment is effective immediately<\/strong>. Accordingly:<\/p>\n

    • Exporters seeking to obtain or renew a Registration-Cum-Membership Certificate (RCMC)<\/strong> for sports goods or toys must now contact the \u2018Sports Goods & Toys Export Promotion Council\u2019<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • They should refer to the updated contact details<\/strong> as listed in the revised Appendix 2T<\/strong> to ensure smooth communication and application processing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
