The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has issued a public notice amending Appendix 2E of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) 2023, which lists agencies authorised to issue Certificate of Origin (Non-Preferential).<\/p>\n

1. Revised Name of the Authorised Agency under Delhi State<\/h2>\n

As per the amendment:<\/p>\n

    The authorised agency listed at Serial No. 5 under the Delhi State category<\/strong>, previously known as \u2018The Sports Goods Export Promotion Council\u2019<\/strong>, has been renamed to
    \u2018Sports Goods & Toys Export Promotion Council\u2019<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    This change reflects an expanded mandate of the Council to include the toys sector<\/strong>, thereby aligning with the government\u2019s focus on promoting toy exports along with sports goods.<\/p>\n

    2. Update in Contact Details<\/h2>\n

    In addition to the change in name, the registered office address, telephone numbers, email ID, and website<\/strong> of the agency have also been officially revised<\/strong> in Appendix 2E<\/strong>. Exporters should refer to these updated contact details<\/strong> when applying for documentation under the Non-Preferential route.<\/p>\n
