The new portal will be accessible at https:\/\/ewaybill2.gst.gov.in<\/a> and will go live on 01 July 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The launch of E-Way Bill 2.0 is aimed at providing uninterrupted access to E-Way Bill services<\/strong>, especially during technical issues or downtimes<\/strong> with the existing portal (https:\/\/ewaybillgst.gov.in<\/a>). By enabling seamless switching between the two portals, this move ensures business continuity<\/strong> for taxpayers and logistics providers.<\/p>\n

2. Enhanced Interoperability and Real-Time Synchronisation<\/h2>\n

Both portals will operate in a synchronised environment<\/strong>, ensuring that data \u2014 including generated E-Way Bills, transporter updates, and other changes \u2014 is automatically reflected across platforms<\/strong> in real time.
