1. Background<\/h2>\n

The Government of India<\/strong> has issued a notification revising the anti-dumping duty<\/strong> imposed on imports of Untreated Fumed Silica<\/strong> (classified under tariff item 2811 22 00<\/strong>) originating in, or exported from, China PR<\/strong> and Korea RP<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The revision has been carried out as part of the ongoing implementation of the anti-dumping measures under Notification No. 66\/2021-Customs (ADD)<\/a>, dated 11 November 2021<\/strong>, which seeks to ensure fair trade and prevent injury to the domestic industry caused by dumped imports.<\/p>\n
