Substitution of Central Tax Member<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"347\" data-end=\"500\">The amendment substitutes the <strong data-start=\"377\" data-end=\"412\">member representing Central Tax<\/strong> in the <strong data-start=\"420\" data-end=\"499\">Authority for Advance Ruling (AAR) for Dadra &amp; Nagar Haveli and Daman &amp; Diu<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"106rhp2\" data-start=\"502\" data-end=\"520\">2. New Appointment<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"522\" data-end=\"761\">Pursuant to the amendment, <strong data-start=\"549\" data-end=\"568\">Ms Krati Nigam<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"570\" data-end=\"604\">Joint Commissioner, CGST Daman<\/strong>, has been appointed as the <strong data-start=\"632\" data-end=\"654\">Central Tax member<\/strong> of the AAR for the Union Territories of Dadra &amp; Nagar Haveli and Daman &amp; Diu, replacing the earlier entry.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1bna3cs\" data-start=\"763\" data-end=\"780\">3. Effective Date<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"782\" data-end=\"880\">The notification has come into force <strong data-start=\"819\" data-end=\"879\">from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"oy6yxm\" data-start=\"882\" data-end=\"909\">4.
