Notification No. 65\/2025-26<\/a>, Dated 19-03-2026<\/em><\/p>\n

The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has issued a notification introducing a time-limited support measure titled \u2018Resilience & Logistics Intervention for Export Facilitation (RELIEF)\u2019<\/strong> under the Export Promotion Mission (EPM)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The initiative has been launched in response to geopolitical disruptions in the Gulf and West Asia maritime corridor<\/strong>, which have adversely impacted export logistics and trade flows.<\/p>\n

1. Objective of the RELIEF Intervention<\/h2>\n

The RELIEF scheme aims to:<\/p>\n

  • Mitigate elevated risks faced by exporters<\/strong> due to disruptions in key maritime routes<\/li>\n
  • Support continuity of export operations<\/li>\n
  • Provide a safety net for exporters navigating uncertain global trade conditions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. Implementation through ECGC<\/h2>\n

    The intervention will be implemented through the Export Credit Guarantee Corporation of India (ECGC)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    ECGC will play a key role in operationalising the scheme by providing risk mitigation support mechanisms<\/strong> to exporters affected by geopolitical disruptions.<\/p>\n
