Restoration of Earlier Rates<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"292\" data-end=\"323\">The notification provides that:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"325\" data-end=\"548\">\n<li data-section-id=\"abc0nx\" data-start=\"325\" data-end=\"468\">RoDTEP rates and value caps as specified in <strong data-start=\"371\" data-end=\"403\">Appendix 4R and Appendix 4RE<\/strong>, as applicable on <strong data-start=\"422\" data-end=\"442\">22 February 2026<\/strong>, are <strong data-start=\"448\" data-end=\"466\">fully restored<\/strong><\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"18has2y\" data-start=\"469\" data-end=\"548\">This restoration applies for the period <strong data-start=\"511\" data-end=\"548\">23 February 2026 to 31 March 2026<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"ryay1f\" data-start=\"550\" data-end=\"590\">2. Withdrawal of Earlier 50% Restriction<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"592\" data-end=\"614\">With this restoration:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"616\" data-end=\"880\">\n<li data-section-id=\"ldgeuq\" data-start=\"616\" data-end=\"802\">The earlier restriction limiting RoDTEP benefits to <strong data-start=\"670\" data-end=\"710\">50% of notified rates and value caps<\/strong> (introduced via <strong data-start=\"727\" data-end=\"775\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.centaxonline.com\/search?searchData=Notification%20No.%2060%2F2025%E2%80%9326&amp;itemType=AP\">Notification No. 60\/2025\u201326<\/a> dated 23-02-2026<\/strong>) stands <strong data-start=\"784\" data-end=\"800\">discontinued<\/strong><\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1npzazd\" data-start=\"803\" data-end=\"880\">Exporters will now receive benefits at the <strong data-start=\"848\" data-end=\"880\">full notified rates and caps<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"73qje\" data-start=\"882\" data-end=\"921\">3. Supersession of Earlier Notification<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"923\" data-end=\"963\">The notification further states that it:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"965\" data-end=\"1073\">\n<li data-section-id=\"bu04mi\" data-start=\"965\" data-end=\"1032\"><strong data-start=\"967\" data-end=\"1026\">Supersedes <a href=\"https:\/\/www.centaxonline.com\/search?searchData=Notification%20No.%2060%2F2025%E2%80%9326&amp;itemType=AP\">Notification No. 60\/2025\u201326<\/a> dated 23-02-2026<\/strong> and<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1jz0fxy\" data-start=\"1033\" data-end=\"1073\">The <strong data-start=\"1039\" data-end=\"1071\">Corrigendum dated 24-02-2026<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1075\" data-end=\"1171\">However, actions already taken or omitted under the earlier notification will remain unaffected.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"p8874y\" data-start=\"1173\" data-end=\"1202\">4. Implications for Exporters<\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"1204\" data-end=\"1464\">\n<li data-section-id=\"b9f7c7\" data-start=\"1204\" data-end=\"1314\">Exporters are eligible to claim <strong data-start=\"1238\" data-end=\"1262\">full RoDTEP benefits<\/strong> (as on 22-02-2026 rates) for the specified period<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"19nwqy3\" data-start=\"1315\" data-end=\"1408\">This results in <strong data-start=\"1333\" data-end=\"1364\">enhanced remission benefits<\/strong> compared to the earlier restricted regime<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1rtyz7u\" data-start=\"1409\" data-end=\"1464\">Improves <strong data-start=\"1420\" data-end=\"1464\">export competitiveness and cost recovery<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"10f5ulz\" data-start=\"1466\" data-end=\"1498\">5. Objective of the Notification<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1500\" data-end=\"1524\">The restoration aims to:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1526\" data-end=\"1714\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1dzaqi1\" data-start=\"1526\" data-end=\"1590\">Provide <strong data-start=\"1536\" data-end=\"1559\">relief to exporters<\/strong> impacted by reduced benefits<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"181gh4o\" data-start=\"1591\" data-end=\"1646\">Enhance <strong data-start=\"1601\" data-end=\"1644\">export incentives and liquidity support<\/strong><\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1bu8g5w\" data-start=\"1647\" data-end=\"1714\">Strengthen India\u2019s <strong data-start=\"1668\" data-end=\"1712\">export competitiveness in global markets<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1716\" data-end=\"1849\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Overall, the move reverses the temporary reduction and reinstates the <strong data-start=\"1786\" data-end=\"1823\">original RoDTEP benefit
