Notification No. 11\/2026-27<\/a>, Dated 17-04-2026<\/p>\n

The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has issued a notification amending Notification No. 65\/2025-26<\/a> dated 19-03-2026<\/strong>, relating to the Resilience & Logistics Intervention for Export Facilitation (RELIEF)<\/strong> under the Export Promotion Mission (EPM)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

1. Expansion of Eligible Destinations<\/span><\/h2>\n
    \n
  • The list of eligible destinations under the RELIEF scheme has been expanded<\/strong> to include:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      \n
    1. \n
        \n
      1. Egypt<\/li>\n
      2. Jordan<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
          \n
        • These countries are now covered in addition to the already notified destinations<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          2. Applicability of the Amendment<\/span><\/h2>\n
            \n
          • The inclusion applies for the purposes of paras 6.2, 7.2, and 8.2<\/strong> of the notification<\/li>\n
          • Covers shipments meant for delivery or transshipment<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            3. Continuity of Existing Provisions<\/span><\/h2>\n
              \n
            • All other provisions of Notification No. 65\/2025-26 remain unchanged<\/strong><\/li>\n
            • The amendment is limited to expanding the list of destinations<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              4. Objective of the Amendment<\/span><\/h2>\n

              The change aims to:<\/p>\n

              • Extend export facilitation support<\/strong> to additional markets<\/li>\n
              • Strengthen trade resilience in affected regions<\/strong><\/li>\n
              • Support exporters dealing with logistical and geopolitical challenges<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
