Details Required from Exporters<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1167\" data-end=\"1245\">Exporters are required to submit utilisation details in the prescribed manner.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1247\" data-end=\"1276\">The information must include:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1278\" data-end=\"1473\">\n<li data-section-id=\"jzgcx1\" data-start=\"1278\" data-end=\"1304\">Utilisation Certificate;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"e2r6o8\" data-start=\"1305\" data-end=\"1329\">Shipping Bill details;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"19if5vw\" data-start=\"1330\" data-end=\"1378\">Details of the requirement for the additional quantity;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"12f38g6\" data-start=\"1379\" data-end=\"1428\">Details of surrender of allocated quantity; and<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1sdagag\" data-start=\"1429\" data-end=\"1473\">Supporting documents, wherever applicable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"r14lxj\" data-start=\"1475\" data-end=\"1497\">4. Submission Deadline<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1499\" data-end=\"1560\">The required information must be submitted by <strong data-start=\"1545\" data-end=\"1559\">10-07-2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1562\" data-end=\"1664\">Exporters are required to send the details through the designated email mentioned in the trade notice.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1l0isjr\" data-start=\"1666\" data-end=\"1708\">5. Amendment Applications on Online Portal<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1710\" data-end=\"1819\">Wherever applicable, exporters must also file corresponding amendment applications on the online DGFT portal.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1821\" data-end=\"1942\">This will help ensure that the quota review and re-allocation process is properly reflected in the authorisation records.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"ww71hp\" data-start=\"1944\" data-end=\"1981\">6.
