Customs Rules amendment

Notification No. 14/2025-Customs (N.T.), Dated 18-03-2025

The Central Government has notified the Customs (Administration of Rules of Origin under Trade Agreements) Amendment Rules, 2025, replacing the term ‘certificate’ with ‘proof’ in multiple provisions of the existing 2020 Rules. Additionally, in Form I, the term ‘CoO’ (Certificate of Origin) has been substituted with ‘proof of origin’ to align with these changes.

This shall be made effective from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
