DGFT RELIEF scheme

Notification No. 11/2026-27, Dated 17-04-2026

The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has issued a notification amending Notification No. 65/2025-26 dated 19-03-2026, relating to the Resilience & Logistics Intervention for Export Facilitation (RELIEF) under the Export Promotion Mission (EPM).

1. Expansion of Eligible Destinations

  • The list of eligible destinations under the RELIEF scheme has been expanded to include:
    1. Egypt
    2. Jordan
  • These countries are now covered in addition to the already notified destinations

2. Applicability of the Amendment

  • The inclusion applies for the purposes of paras 6.2, 7.2, and 8.2 of the notification
  • Covers shipments meant for delivery or transshipment

3. Continuity of Existing Provisions

  • All other provisions of Notification No. 65/2025-26 remain unchanged
  • The amendment is limited to expanding the list of destinations

4. Objective of the Amendment

The change aims to:

  • Extend export facilitation support to additional markets
  • Strengthen trade resilience in affected regions
  • Support exporters dealing with logistical and geopolitical challenges

5. Conclusion

By including Egypt and Jordan, the DGFT has broadened the scope of the RELIEF scheme, enabling exporters to access support mechanisms across a wider set of international markets while maintaining continuity in the existing framework.
