Notification No. 65/2024-25, Dated 18-03-2025
The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), through a notification, has extended the State Trading Enterprise (STE) status of Indian Potash Limited (IPL) for Urea (Exim Code 31021010) imports on Government account from 31-03-2025 to 31-03-2026 by amending in Import Policy Condition under ITC(HS) Code 31021010 of chapter 31 of ITC(HS), 2022- Schedule- I (Import policy). All other terms & conditions remain the same as in Notification No. 79/2023, Dated 18-03-2024.
The extension permits import of agricultural-grade Urea under Paragraph 2.21 of FTP 2023 through Indian Potash Limited (IPL), till 31-03-2026.
