The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has launched the ‘Global Tariff and Trade Helpdesk’ to support stakeholders in navigating challenges stemming from evolving global trade dynamics, such as tariff revisions, sudden import surges, and export disruptions. The helpdesk is designed to assist with a wide range of trade-related concerns, including EXIM clearances, logistics, regulatory compliance, and financial obstacles. Exporters and importers can submit their queries or concerns through the DGFT website, via email, or by contacting the designated helpline.
