5. Amendment Applications on Online Portal
Wherever applicable, exporters must also file corresponding amendment applications on the online DGFT portal.
This will help ensure that the quota review and re-allocation process is properly reflected in the authorisation records.
6. Criteria for Further Re-Allocation
Authorisations with utilisation above 50% may be considered for further reallocation of quota.
This indicates that exporters who have substantially utilised their existing allocation may be considered for additional quantity, subject to availability and applicable conditions.

In cases where utilisation is below 50%, the unutilised quantity may be transferred to the common pool.
However, exporters may retain or justify their allocation if they provide valid supporting documents such as export contracts or purchase orders.
