Export Policy of Broken Rice

Notification No. 61/2024-25, Dated 07-03-2025

The Central Government has amended the Export Policy of Broken Rice (HS Code 1006 40 00) under the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992, changing its status from “Prohibited” to “Free” with immediate effect.

This revision modifies Chapter 10 of Schedule-II (Export Policy) of ITC (HS) 2022, thereby lifting the previous export restriction.
