RoDTEP extension

Notification No. 66/2024-25, Dated 20-03-2025

The Government has issued a notification partially superseding the Notification No. 32/2024-25, dated 30-09-2024, and extending the Remission of Duties and Taxes on Exported Products (RoDTEP) scheme for Advance Authorization (AA) holders, Special Economic Zones (SEZs), and Export-Oriented Units (EOUs) upto 05-02-2025. This temporary extension ensures continued export benefits for these categories under the RoDTEP framework.

However, with effective from 06-02-2025, exports from AAs, SEZs, and EOUs will no longer be eligible for RoDTEP support. The scheme will continue to apply to exports from the Domestic Tariff Area (DTA) as per Notification No. 32/2024-25.
