The Government has issued a notification amending Notification No. 68/2021-Customs (ADD), dated 06-12-2021, which imposed anti-dumping duty (ADD) on imports of certain flat rolled aluminium products originating in or exported from China PR.
1. Key Amendment
A new item has been inserted after item (ii) in the notification “Lithograde Aluminium Coils of width above 1150 mm”
2. Exclusion from Anti-Dumping Duty
The amendment clarifies that Lithograde aluminium coils of width above 1150 mm are excluded from the scope of ADD
3. Basis for the Amendment
- The change is pursuant to DGTR Notification No. 6/27/2020-DGTR dated 10-12-2025
- The designated authority had excluded these specific products from the scope of “certain flat rolled aluminium products”

- Imports of the specified lithograde aluminium coils will not attract anti-dumping duty
